The 2024 BMW iX offers two powertrains to choose from. Both include a 111.5-kWh lithium-ion battery pack, two electric motors, and all-wheel drive.
In the SUV's base trim, the powertrain delivers 516 horsepower and 564 lb-ft of torque, while on the BMW iX M60 model it comes through with 610 horsepower and 749 lb-ft of torque. If you use launch control, that trim's power increases to a whopping 811 lb-ft of torque.
The BMW iX xDrive50 trim has an estimated driving range of 324 miles and a top speed of 124 miles per hour. This model can go from a standstill up to 60 miles per hour in just 4.4 seconds. The top trim can travel up to 288 miles on a full charge with a top speed of 130 miles per hour. At just 3.6 seconds, this trim's 0-60 sprint time is even more dizzying.
