The 2025 BMW M2 comes in a single trim that packs a bigger punch than ever under the hood. The 3.0-liter turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine utilized by this new BMW coupe can be paired with one of two transmissions. If you choose the six-speed manual transmission, the engine output is 473 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, which is 20 horsepower more than last year. Meanwhile, equipping the available eight-speed automatic transmission sees this engine achieve 453 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque - an increase of 37 lb-ft from 2024. Acceleration is equally dynamic: 4.1 seconds with the manual and 3.8 seconds with the automatic.

The 2025 BMW M2 model's upscale, minimalist cabin accentuates comfort and connectivity.
