This is our eighth purchase from Field Auto. We have purchased one MINI and leased one MINI from your Orlando location.a 740 BMW was purchased from Orlando location and five vehicles have been from the Daytona Location. We prefer the Daytona location because of its proximity to our homes. Over the past several years, Joseph Romano has been our sales rep for our last four vehicles -one VW eos, a BMW M-3, 335 and Z-4. Joseph is knowledgable, professional, and extremely well versed in the products and services you all offer. He communicates extremely well, and takes alot of time to thoroughly explain features and the many "how tos" in such sophisticated vehicles. This young man does a great job, as does Steve and the rest of the folks. Some of our purchases are in cash, and some have been with special interest financing. In all cases we have been very pleased with customer service and the process. There is no reason to go anywhere else. You should be proud of this location and the personnel you have. Thank you.

Our salesperson, Ed Hanson, was very helpful. I had a lease of another BMW and Ed arranged to hold the vehicle we wanted until the end of the month. I had been undecided about whether to purchase or lease the new one and Ed patiently spent a lot of extra time helping me with the numbers. Ed also chearfully spent a significant amount of time explaining the operation of new or different features in the vehicle.
