For the month of October, we are thrilled to report that BMW sold a total of 27,574 vehicles. This made for an increase of 4.2% as compared to October of 2012. When looking at the whole year thus far, BMW is up 12.8% thanks to 240,139 vehicles being sold in the first ten months of the year.
One of the top sellers in the month of October helping BMW reach this milestone was the BMW X1, which saw an increase of 60.4%. Other top sellers included the BMW 3 Series and the newly introduced BMW 4 Series. All of these incredible models are available here in Daytona Beach.
BMW officials had this to say about the successful month:
"The momentum of October is a good indicator of what's ahead in the final 60 days of the year, especially with sales of the new X5 and the 4 Series beginning to have an impact. ... All of the leading indicators - sales, order rates, showroom traffic, finance applications - are up, very good signs."
